T122

The T122 is a HART temperature transmitter designed for head-mounted installation and universal use on machines, in plants, and in the process industry. It acquires signals from Cu, Pt, and Ni resistance temperature detectors (RTDs), J, K, R, S, T, B, E, N, and L thermocouples, voltages ranging from -120 to +120 mV, and linear resistances up to 10 kΩ, converting them into a two-wire 4–20 mA signal with 24-bit resolution. Compact (Ø 44 x 26 mm), it operates from -40 to +85 °C and features push-wire terminals, 500 Vac input/output galvanic isolation, and internal cold-junction compensation. The accuracy class is 0.1%. Powered by 15–30 Vdc, it allows for parameter configuration via Windows software and a HART modem, simplifying commissioning and maintenance. ATEX Ex ia certification for gases and dusts allows for its use in potentially explosive atmospheres, in accordance with EN 60079-0 and EN 60079-11.
