Each MyALARM3 Cloud includes 12 months of Cloud services from the date of product activation. You can extend the duration of the service by purchasing the MY3C-1Y package. Renewal procedure is very simple:
- Register on our website www.seneca.it
- Add the My3C-1Y product to the cart and complete the purchase
- In addition to the order summary email, you will receive the email with the coupon code purchased
- Connect to the cloud portal https://cloud.seneca.it and login with the credentials you use for the app Myalarm3 Cloud
- Select the "Cloud Services" button at the top
- Select the "Renew" button near your cloud service
- Use the coupon code received via email in the related field
The expiration date of that service will be automatically renewed for 12 months. If you need support please write to support@seneca.it
