VPN BOX

VPN BOX 2 represents the second generation of server connectivity modules designed to be compatible with SENECA devices equipped with LET'S technology. This module represents a significant technological advancement, featuring a streamlined and intuitive web interface. Unlike the previous generation, VPN BOX 2 is optimized to simultaneously manage Point-to-Point connections, allowing multiple users to be managed to multiple facilities, and Single LAN connections, allowing all facilities to be managed as if they were part of a single unified LAN.

This module offers a number of key features, including the ability to massively configure and update the firmware of field devices, the ability to make backups to cloud storage spaces, and instant connection times.

The VPN BOX 2 configuration interface is fully accessible via a web server. On the client side, on the other hand, an application software called VPN Client Communicator is provided. This software greatly simplifies communication management, certificate management, and network access by individual workstations through a quick and intuitive procedure.

On the security side, VPN BOX 2 offers advanced technologies based on SSL and VPN, ensuring personalized and secure control. The module keeps detailed track of access, services, and times, providing a high level of security. It supports 256-bit encryption algorithms, uses state-of-the-art security protocols, and handles TLS certificates in an automated manner. It has also undergone certified penetration testing in accordance with IEC62443, OWASP, NIST 800-115, and Risk Analysis standards, ensuring a high standard of security.
