R-KEY-LT-I, with 1 serial port and 1 Ethernet port, is designed for small installations, where a direct connection between Modbus devices and IEC 61850-based systems is required. This solution allows legacy devices to be easily integrated into modern environments, making integration cheap and straightforward. Z-KEY-I, with 2 serial ports and 1 Ethernet port, is ideal for medium-sized installations that require managing multiple devices on different serial networks while maintaining a single Ethernet connection to the IEC 61850 system. This configuration provides greater connection capacity without sacrificing operational simplicity. For complex and critical environments, the Z-KEY-2ETH-I, with 2 serial and 2 Ethernet ports, offers maximum flexibility and redundancy, ensuring reliability and continuous availability, even if one of the Ethernet networks fails. This configuration is particularly suitable for applications where high network availability and secure communication are essential.
